This work is more than a service. It is an energetic agreement. Every offering is created with deep care and intention. Because of the transformational nature of this work, all purchases are considered final unless clearly stated otherwise.

By engaging with any of my services, containers, or products, you agree to the terms below.

1:1 Private Sessions

All single sessions are non-refundable.
If you need to reschedule, please email info@oliviashadid.com at least 24 hours in advance. I will always hold space for life’s unexpected moments with compassion and flexibility within reason.
Sessions missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are not eligible for rescheduling or refund.

The session begins long before we meet. Energetic work initiates the moment you book, and often continues long after our call ends.

Private Containers (1, 3, 6, 9, or 12 Months)

These private journeys are sacred containers. When you enter one, you’re saying yes to deep energetic commitment. Not just from me but from yourself.

No refunds will be issued once a container begins.
If you’re on a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments. Leaving the container early does not release you from this agreement.
These terms exist to honor both of our energy and keep the container clean, grounded, and sovereign.

Please take your time, ask your questions, and be sure your decision comes from a full-body yes before enrolling.

Private Memberships + Extended Access Programs

Longer-term spaces such as private memberships, premium mentorships, and integration-based offerings carry deep frequency and ongoing support.

These offerings are non-refundable, and enrollment is considered a full commitment for the stated time period.
Payment plans must be completed in full unless otherwise arranged in writing.

Because of the nature of these containers, no pro-rated refunds will be offered for early exits or missed access.

Digital Products

All digital purchases are final sale. This includes guided audios, meditations, workbooks, masterclasses, PDFs, and other instant-access content.

No refunds or exchanges will be granted.
Please purchase from clarity and alignment.

If you need support choosing what’s right for you, I’m always happy to guide you before you buy.

Group Courses + Programs

Your presence in a group offering shifts the energy of the space. Because of that:

Group courses, programs, and workshops are non-refundable once they begin.
If a trial period, partial refund window, or conditional guarantee is offered for a specific program, it will be clearly stated on the checkout page.
If you enroll using a payment plan, you are responsible for completing all payments.

Please join only when you feel ready to be seen, held, and expanded.

Grace-Based Exceptions

I don’t operate from rigidity. If there’s a genuine error or extraordinary situation, I will always meet you with understanding.

Refunds may be offered at my discretion in rare cases of:

Duplicate purchases
Technical issues that prevent access
Emergency situations that make continued participation truly impossible

Reach out within 7 days of purchase, and we’ll walk through it together.
